Standard check-in time is after 3pm on the day of arrival.
Please be advised that on arrival we will authorise a payment of £25 GBP per night, in case of extra charges incurred during your stay. This will be automatically released after your departure if no charges are incurred.
Standard check-out time is 11am on the day of departure. Late check-out is subject to availability and will incur the following costs
- £100 fixed rate until 3pm
- After 3pm 100% of best available rate applicable for the date of check-out
Please note Strand Palace is unable to cater to nut allergies as our kitchen is not a nut-free environment. All other allergies can be catered for. Please make us aware at time of booking.
Strand Palace no longer accepts cash as a form of payment. All major Credit & Debit cards are accepted as methods of payment and deposit.

Please call reservations on +44 (0)207 379 4737 to cancel your booking. Should you cancel or amend your arrival date after 6pm on the day prior to arrival, you will incur a cancellation charge for the first night of your stay. This will be automatically charged to the credit card provided to guarantee the booking. This cancellation policy does not apply for bookings made on the advance purchase offer.

Strand Palace has 24-hour manned security and CCTV throughout public areas. Entrance to the hotel is restricted to guests after midnight. All rooms have deadlocks, self-closing mechanisms, peepholes and safes. As part of our endeavours to support guest safety and comfort, whenever possible solo female travellers (and other guests that may request it) are not allocated rooms with inter-connecting doors, situated on the first floor, at the ends of corridors or near fire exits.
